Our ethos for dealing with all Vetro Clients is:
Preparation: We discuss clients' projects in depth and produce up front mock ups under no obligation.
Fairness and transparency: We agree a fixed fee upfront and do not charge until the client is completely satisfied.
Confidentiality: We operate under terms of complete customer confidentiality.
Accessibility: We endeavour to be available whenever the customer needs us - not just standard office hours (Since many of our customers are US or Far East based we are set up to deal with unconventional working hours).
Support: We provide after sales support - just because a contract has been completed and paid for, it doesn't mean the job is done. We value relationships more than transactions.
We fully operate in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, and so will never make your details available to any third party.
We carry professional indemnity insurance of £1,000,000.
